Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of pending orders, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6. Ordering, Payment Terms, and Pricing

6.1 Order Placement

All orders placed through our Site are subject to availability and confirmation. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items described in your order at the stated prices. Green Lantern Pizza reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an electronic confirmation from us.

6.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable sales taxes where required by law, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices for delivery orders may differ from in-store prices. We are not responsible for pricing errors resulting from technical failures or typographical mistakes; in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment by major credit cards, debit cards, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All online transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. Green Lantern Pizza does not store your full credit card information on its servers. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are generally final once an order enters preparation. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at [email protected]. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our sole discretion in cases involving incorrect orders, quality issues, or failure of delivery. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

6.5 Delivery Fees and Minimums

Delivery orders may be subject to minimum order amounts and applicable delivery fees, which will be disclosed at checkout. Delivery availability, zones, and estimated times are subject to change at our discretion and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, and staffing levels.

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY GREEN LANTERN PIZZA ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREEN LANTERN PIZZA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY — We make no warranty that our food products or services will meet your expectations or requirements.
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE — We make no warranty that our products are suitable for any specific dietary, health, or lifestyle purpose.
• NON-INFRINGEMENT — We do not warrant that the Site or its content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• ACCURACY — We do not guarantee that menu descriptions, nutritional information, allergen disclosures, pricing, or availability information is complete, accurate, or current at all times.
• UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS — We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE UNITED STATES LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AND APPLICABLE STATE CONSUMER PROTECTION STATUTES, GREEN LANTERN PIZZA, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

IN NO EVENT SHALL GREEN LANTERN PIZZA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GREEN LANTERN PIZZA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00).

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Lantern Pizza, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service.
• Your use or misuse of the Site or our services.
• Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Site.
• Your violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity.

Green Lantern Pizza reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you agree to cooperate fully with Green Lantern Pizza in asserting any available defenses.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the applicable laws of the state in which Green Lantern Pizza's primary place of business is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the competent federal or state courts located within the jurisdiction of Green Lantern Pizza's principal place of business. You hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

These Terms are subject to applicable federal laws and regulations of the United States, including the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45 et seq.) governing unfair or deceptive acts and practices. Where applicable, California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Residents of other states should consult their applicable state consumer protection statutes.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact Green Lantern Pizza informally by sending a written description of your dispute, the relief you are seeking, and your contact information to [email protected]. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receipt of your notice.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you and Green Lantern Pizza agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services — including questions of arbitrability — shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as amended from time to time.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a claim or defense was frivolous or filed for an improper purpose.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency equitable or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm to intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary interests. Nothing in this section shall limit either party's right to seek relief in small claims court for disputes within the applicable monetary threshold.

14. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you access or use our Site or services. Green Lantern Pizza reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services, cancel pending orders, and remove any content associated with your account, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Conduct that is disrespectful, threatening, or harmful toward our staff or other customers.
• Requests from law enforcement or government authorities.
• Discontinuation of our business operations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site and services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution — shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

Green Lantern Pizza reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, provide prominent notice on our Site or via email to registered users.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Site or our services following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site and services immediately.

No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Green Lantern Pizza.

16. Severability

If any provision, clause, or portion of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or void under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid or unenforceable provision had never been included.

The parties agree that if any limitation on damages set forth in these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the limitation of liability section shall continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Entire Agreement and Waiver

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Lantern Pizza with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties regarding such subject matter.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. A waiver by Green Lantern Pizza of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

18. Force Majeure

Green Lantern Pizza shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government mandates, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, power outages, cyberattacks, war, terrorism, civil unrest, fire, flood, or any other event of force majeure. During any force majeure event, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of such event.

19. Electronic Communications

By using our Site or creating an account, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Green Lantern Pizza, including order confirmations, promotional materials, service updates, and legal notices. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email we send, but please note that you may still receive transactional communications related to your orders and account.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Green Lantern Pizza. Green Lantern Pizza may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.

21. Children's Use

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
